Adult Beginner Ballet – Technique & Foundations
A welcoming class for adults who are new to ballet or returning after a break. We focus on the basics, taking time to understand how the body works and which muscles we are using in each movement.
Classes include gentle strengthening, posture and alignment work, and clear guidance on fundamental ballet positions and steps. There’s a strong focus on technique, helping you build confidence, control and coordination at your own pace.
This is a supportive, relaxed environment where you can learn proper foundations, improve body awareness, and enjoy moving without pressure.
